RED HOT (buzztimebd.blogspot.com) - Any woman aged over 18 years old can join with sex business with some conditions. Sex business for below 18 years old girl is totally illegal. But a lot of below 18 years old girls are related with this business. The sex business for any man is illegal.

That means no male can be a sex worker. According to law, any women above 18 years old can join with the sex profession by giving an affidavit to a first class Magistrate. But this is not counted as Sex business license. The law about sex work and sex business is not clearly explained in the constitution of Bangladesh. The constitutional acts related with this matter are Article 27, 28, 33, 34 and 18 (B). Generally we can see a lot of arrests for the fault of illegal sexual activities. These have no clear ordinance. In fact they do this for the betterment of the society and to protect the chaos. Commercial sex activities or prostitution are not referred descriptively in the laws.
